Contact Top Choice Digital
Send us your project brief or a question, and we will respond with a considered answer, usually within one business day. You do not need a technical specification to get started.
Send a project brief
Tell us what the system should do, who will use it, and any deadline you are working against. If you have an existing product or system, mention what it runs on. A few paragraphs are plenty.
What helps us most
- The problem in your own words — not a feature list.
- Who the people using it are, and how often.
- Any date you are steering toward, even a rough one.
- A budget range and whether you are comparing studios.
What happens after you write
No auto-responder and no sales sequence. A person reads what you sent and writes back. Here is the shape of that first exchange.
Read
Within one business day
We read the brief end to end ourselves — no routing queue, no ticket number. If anything in it is unclear, we write back with questions rather than guessing at the scope.
Reply
A considered answer
You get a written reply with our read on the problem, what we would need to know before quoting, and a proposed time for a call if the project looks like a fit.
Decide
Call, or a referral
If it is outside what we do well, we say so and point you toward the kind of team that fits better. An honest no is faster for you than a slow maybe.

Reach us directly
If a form feels like the wrong start, write to us or call. Both routes reach the same small team that would run your project.
Office hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We answer messages within one business day. For urgent matters on an active project, use the contact your project lead gave you.
Our offices
We work between Almaty and Tbilisi. Projects are run from the Kazakhstan studio; the Georgia addresses host team members you may meet on a call.
Kazakhstan
Furmanov Ave 110
050000 Almaty
The main studio. Most discovery workshops, design reviews and mobile app builds run from here.
Georgia
19 Kote Marjanishvili St, Tbilisi 0102
14 Aleksandre Kazbegi Ave, Tbilisi 0160
15 Aleksandre Pushkin St, Tbilisi 0105
Three Tbilisi addresses used by the wider team. Reach us through the studio line first and we will route you to the right desk.
On the map
The Almaty studio sits on Furmanov Avenue, a short walk from the city centre. If you are visiting, message ahead so someone is at the desk.
Before you write
You do not need a specification. These are the things that make our first reply sharper — skip any you cannot answer yet.
Do I need a full technical specification? Answer
No. A clear description of the problem is enough to start. We will help shape the scope from there, and if a written spec turns out to be the right first deliverable, we will say so before any build work begins.
What if my budget is not settled yet? Answer
Share the rough range you are working with, even approximately. It lets us tell you early whether what you want fits what you can spend, instead of discovering it three calls in.
We are comparing a few studios. Is that a problem? Answer
Not at all — tell us what you are weighing. We would rather give you an honest comparison of how studios differ than a pitch, even when the answer sends you elsewhere.
Can you work with an existing product or codebase? Answer
Often, yes. Mention what it runs on and roughly how the current system is structured. We will tell you plainly whether we can pick it up, or whether a rewrite is the more sensible path.
How soon can a project start? Answer
It depends on what is already in the studio. Rather than promise a date before we have read your brief, we will tell you honestly what the calendar looks like once we understand the scope.
Ready when your brief is
Send what you have. A few honest paragraphs about the problem beat a polished document that arrives next month.
Not sure where to start?
