SERVICES — WHAT WE BUILD AND RUN

Services built around your operations

  • Web· turnkey sites, portals, internal tools
  • Mobile· native and cross-platform apps
  • Design· UI/UX and adaptive systems
  • AI· agents, document processing, automation
  • Consulting· audits, roadmaps, integration

We offer five service lines, and most projects use more than one. A mobile app needs design and backend work. An AI agent needs integration with the system it answers questions about.

START HERE

Write the problem in one sentence and send it. We will tell you which service line it falls under and roughly what it takes.

HOW THIS PAGE READS

Five lines, one team

This page explains what each line covers, so you can judge fit before we talk. Nothing here is a menu of separate vendors: the same team that designs the interface writes the backend that feeds it, and the same people who audit your systems build the automation that replaces the manual step.

We work with companies in Kazakhstan and the wider region that are modernizing how they operate. Some arrive with a clear brief. More arrive with a problem they can describe but not name. Both are fine starting points — the first section below is the one most visitors open first, and the last one tells you how to choose if you are unsure.

SERVICE LINE

Web development and turnkey websites

A turnkey website means you get a finished, launched product.

  • Structure and information architecture
  • Design and content layout
  • Hosting setup and analytics

We build marketing sites that load fast and rank, customer portals behind authentication, and internal web tools that replace spreadsheets. The stack depends on the job. For content-heavy sites we favor proven CMS platforms your team can edit without a developer. For custom workflows we build on modern frameworks with a database you control.

Every project includes responsive behavior as a baseline, since most of your visitors arrive on a phone. Where search matters, the structure and page speed are treated as part of the build, not as an afterthought once the site is live.

TYPICAL JOBS

A company site that has to be edited by a marketing team without a developer. A customer portal where partners log in to see their own orders. An internal tool that replaces four linked spreadsheets and one shared mailbox.

SERVICE LINE

Mobile app development

We build native and cross-platform apps for iOS and Android.

The choice comes down to your budget, timeline, and how much you depend on device features like the camera, GPS, or background sync. Cross-platform gets you to market faster with one codebase; native makes sense when performance or platform-specific behavior is central.

Either way, we plan for the hardware your users actually carry. A mid-range Android phone on a slow connection is the realistic test device in this market, not a flagship.

Cross-platform
One codebase, faster first release, shared logic between iOS and Android. Good when the app is a product surface rather than a device experiment.
Native
Separate iOS and Android builds when the camera, sensors, background work, or platform behaviour sit at the centre of what the app does.
Testing
Devices your users carry, on connections they actually have. We do not sign off on a flagship with perfect signal.

SERVICE LINE

UI/UX design and adaptive design

Adaptive design means the interface responds to screen size and context, not just that it shrinks.

Design work here covers research, wireframes, interface design, and a design system your developers can build from. We also produce the handoff documentation so your team can extend the design later without guessing at spacing or component rules.

States

  • Empty
  • Loading
  • Error
  • Success

We design states, not just screens. That is where most products lose users.

System

  • Type scale
  • Spacing rules
  • Components
  • Accessibility notes

The system is written down so a developer can build it and a new designer can extend it.

Handoff

  • Annotated specs
  • Asset exports
  • Token naming
  • Edge cases written out

Handoff is documentation, not a folder of screenshots. Your team should not have to ask what the gap is.

SERVICE LINE

AI solutions and automation

An AI feature should replace a measurable manual task, and we define that task before building.

We are careful about scope. If your process is not stable enough to automate, we will say that first and fix the process instead. An assistant layered over a broken workflow just produces the same mistakes faster.

TYPICAL WORK

Support agent

Handles routine questions and escalates the rest to a person, with the conversation history attached so nobody asks the customer to repeat themselves.

Document processing

An assistant that reads incoming invoices and files the data into the system that already holds your accounting, instead of a mailbox someone checks by hand.

Internal search

A search layer over your internal documents, so an answer that exists somewhere in the company can actually be found.

Workflow automation

Steps between two systems that a person currently copies across. We automate the handoff and leave the judgement call with the person who owns it.

SERVICE LINE

IT consulting and digital transformation

Companies come to us when their tools have multiplied faster than their processes.

Consulting covers system audits, architecture decisions, technology roadmaps, and vendor selection. We map what each system does, find the overlaps and gaps, and propose a sequence: what to replace first, what to integrate, what to leave alone.

The output is a document your team and your finance department can act on, not a slide deck of principles. It names the systems, the cost of keeping them, and the order of work — so the next budget conversation starts from a shared list instead of a disagreement.

Audit

What each system does today, who depends on it, and where the same data is entered twice.

Sequence

What to replace first, what to integrate, and what to leave alone for another year.

Roadmap

A written plan with owners and rough effort, readable by technical and finance teams alike.

SERVICE LINE

Enterprise software and system integration

This work is rarely greenfield.

For larger organizations we build and integrate enterprise software: ERPs, logistics systems, case management, reporting layers. It means connecting to databases, third-party APIs, and sometimes government services, with security and audit requirements attached.

We work alongside in-house IT teams and follow your change-management process. Documentation and handover are part of delivery, not a favor at the end.

WHAT DELIVERY INCLUDES

  • Integration with existing databases and APIs
  • Security and audit requirements addressed in design
  • Documentation written for your team, not for us
  • Handover session at the end of the engagement

SERVICE LINE

Cloud infrastructure

Where your data sits affects latency, cost, and compliance.

We set up and migrate cloud environments, configure monitoring, and plan for scale. Infrastructure decisions in Kazakhstan now involve real regional context: public and private investment is expanding compute capacity, and the hosting choice is no longer only about price.

HOSTING

Local or international

We help you choose between local hosting and international providers based on where your users are and what your legal constraints allow.

MONITORING

Know before users do

Monitoring and alerting set up so your team learns about a slowdown from a dashboard rather than from a customer phone call.

DEPLOYMENT

A pipeline that matches

Then we build the deployment pipeline to match the hosting decision, so releases are repeatable instead of a manual evening.

IF YOU ARE UNSURE

How to choose the right starting point

If you are unsure which service you need, start with the problem rather than the technology. Read the row that sounds like your week, and follow it to the line it points at.

Our customers cannot find information, or they call us to ask things that are already on the site.

Web and design

Our staff re-type the same data into two systems, or chase approvals through email threads.

AI and automation

Our systems do not share data, so every report is assembled by hand at the end of the month.

System integration

Our field team works away from a desk and needs the job on a phone, not a printout.

Mobile apps

Nobody can say which of our tools is still used, what it costs, or who owns it.

IT consulting

Write the problem in one sentence and send it. We will tell you which line it falls under and roughly what it takes — even if the honest answer is that you do not need us yet.

BEFORE YOU WRITE

Questions we get asked first

Short answers to the things that usually decide whether a conversation is worth having. Open the ones that match your situation.

Can I start with just one service? +

Yes, and most clients do. A single service is often the right way to test how we work before committing to a larger programme. We will still flag the neighbouring work we can see coming, so the first piece does not have to be rebuilt later.

Do you work with companies outside Kazakhstan? +

Yes. Our focus is Kazakhstan and the wider region, but we work remotely with teams elsewhere and have offices in Tbilisi alongside the Almaty base. Time zones and language are handled in the kickoff call rather than assumed.

What do you need from us to give an estimate? +

A sentence describing the problem, who it affects, and any hard deadline you already have. If a system is involved, the name of it helps. We do not need a specification document before the first call — that is often part of the work itself.

Will you tell us if a project is not a good fit? +

Yes. If the process behind an automation is not stable, or if the budget points at a smaller piece of work than the one being described, we say so on the first call. It is cheaper for both sides than discovering it mid-project.

Who owns the code and the design files? +

You do. Code, design files, documentation and credentials are handed over as part of delivery. We would rather you could continue without us than depend on a studio you cannot leave.

NEXT STEP

Tell us the problem, not the technology

One sentence is enough to start. We will read it, say which service line it belongs to, and tell you what a first step would look like — including the case where the answer is a smaller piece of work than you expected.
