Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use it in a way that harms other users or the operator.
That covers the ordinary things: reading our service pages, sending a project brief, opening a case study, or sharing a link with a colleague. It does not cover probing the site for weaknesses, running automated scrapers against it, submitting false briefs, or using our pages to host or redirect content that is not yours.
If we detect activity that threatens the site or another visitor, we may limit access to the affected part of the site while we look into it. We try to keep any interruption short and to restore normal access once the problem is understood.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, and code of this site belong to Top Choice Digital unless otherwise stated. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy or republish substantial portions without written permission.
Linking to a page, quoting a short passage with a credit and a link back, and citing us in a proposal or a classroom setting are all fine. Reposting a full article, reusing our layouts or illustrations in your own product, or presenting our work as your portfolio is not.
Client names, logos and project material shown on this site appear with the client's agreement and remain the property of the respective owner. If you believe something here uses your material without permission, write to kanogml1201@gmail.com and we will review it.
Information on this site
Content on this site describes our services and approach. It is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Project scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed separately in writing.
Service descriptions, process explanations and case notes are written to help you judge whether we are the right studio for a project. They are not a quote, a schedule, or a commitment to deliver a particular result. Anything specific — deliverables, milestones, payment terms, who owns what at the end — is set out in the proposal and contract we sign with you.
Agreed in writing, not on this page
- Scope and deliverables
- Pricing and payment schedule
- Timelines and review rounds
- Ownership and handover
If a page and a signed contract ever disagree, the signed contract is what applies to that project.
Submissions
When you submit a project brief or other information through the site, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle submissions according to our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential material before a confidentiality agreement is in place. A short description of the problem you want solved is usually enough for a first reply; technical documents, credentials and production data can follow once we have agreed how to handle them.
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if a project starts, to run it. How long we keep it and how you can ask us to delete it is explained in the Privacy Policy.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Pages get rewritten, links move, and short maintenance windows happen. If you find something on the site that looks wrong or a link that no longer works, tell us at kanogml1201@gmail.com and we will correct it where we can.
This section describes the site itself. It does not reduce the standard of work promised in a signed project contract, and it does not excuse us from obligations we have agreed to in writing.
The rest of this page is the part a lawyer would insist on: liability, outside links, changes to these terms, and which law applies. It is short, and it is meant to be read.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Top Choice Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
In plain terms: if a page on this site contains an error and you act on it before checking with us, the loss of that decision is not something we can be held responsible for. That is why project scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before any work begins — those documents carry their own terms and their own remedies.
External links
The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We link out when a tool, standard or reference genuinely helps explain our work. Once you follow a link, the terms and privacy practices of that site apply, not ours. If you spot a link on our site that leads somewhere broken or unsuitable, let us know.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Updates usually follow a change in how the site works or in what the law expects of us. The current version always lives on this page, and the review date in the summary above tells you when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business.
Top Choice Digital works with clients in Kazakhstan and beyond, and the address above is the place of business these terms refer to. If a dispute about the site ever arises, the courts with jurisdiction there are the ones that hear it.
Common questions
Can I reuse text from this site? Open
Short quotes with a credit and a link back are fine, and so is sharing a link. Republishing a full page, reusing our layouts or artwork in your own product, or passing our work off as your portfolio is not allowed without written permission.
Does a page on this site count as a quote? Closed
No. Service descriptions and process explanations are general information. Scope, pricing and timelines become binding only when they appear in a written proposal or contract signed by both sides.
What happens to a brief I send you? Closed
We read it, use it to prepare a reply and a proposal, and keep it for as long as the conversation or the project needs it. The Privacy Policy explains retention and how to ask us to delete what you sent.
Will I be told when these terms change? Closed
The current version is always published on this page with a review date at the top. If a change affects an active project, your usual contact at the studio will tell you directly.
